The flagship Astralis Shiraz — sourced from a single 1920-planted vineyard block in Clarendon at 370 metres elevation — is one of Australia's most critically acclaimed wines, earning near-perfect scores from Robert Parker. Bratasiuk's philosophy emphasises low yields, minimal intervention, and wines that express extreme terroir specificity. Astralis is typically made from 100% whole-berry fermentation, aged in French oak (50% new), and shows remarkable complexity and longevity.
