The winery was among the first in Washington to focus exclusively on Cabernet Sauvignon-based blends in a Left Bank Bordeaux style, drawing from vineyards across the Columbia Valley including Red Mountain and Yakima Valley. The flagship Chaleur Estate—a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc—is the most-traded wine at 79 lots averaging $61, with the 2002 vintage representing the auction peak. The D2 second wine averages $41 across 49 lots (1997 top vintage), offering a more accessible entry into the DeLille style. Harrison Hill single-vineyard Cabernet from Red Mountain averages $76 across 12 lots, with the 2004 vintage most traded.
