About Booker
Booker takes its name from Claude and Dick Booker, two orphaned brothers who bought land on the Westside of Paso Robles in the late 1920s and went on to assemble more than 1,200 acres. In 2001 Eric and Lisa Jensen bought 100 acres of that property, and Eric made the estate's first release, from the 2005 vintage. The focus is on Rhône varieties. The vineyard was certified organic in April 2021 and earned Regenerative Organic Certification in 2023, and a visitor center with caves opened in 2021.
