About Domaine Robert Chevillon

Domaine Robert Chevillon began in the early twentieth century, when Symphorien Chevillon started farming vines in Nuits-Saint-Georges under his own name. Robert Chevillon joined his father Maurice in 1968 and grew the holdings from about three hectares to roughly thirteen. His sons Denis and Bertrand, the fifth generation, came into the business in 1990 and have run it since Robert retired in 2003. The domaine is devoted almost entirely to Nuits-Saint-Georges, with eight premiers crus including Les Saint-Georges, Les Vaucrains, Les Cailles and Les Chaignots, plus village red and white and a Bourgogne.
