Sussman studied under Ted Lemon of Littorai and carries forward a similar philosophy: farming and vinification aimed at expressing site rather than winemaker intervention. Vineyards are farmed organically or biodynamically, yields are low, and wines are made with minimal additions, often featuring whole-cluster inclusion and extended maceration. The flagship La Neblina Pinot Noir, sourced from a Sonoma Coast vineyard shrouded in morning fog, and Las Colinas Syrah, from a steep hillside vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA, represent the portfolio's heights. The Savoy Vineyard Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley is another key bottling.
