About Domaine William Fevre
William Fèvre founded his Chablis domaine in 1957. In 1998 it was bought by Joseph Henriot, and it later became part of Maisons & Domaines Henriot. When the Pinault family's Artémis Domaines took majority control of the Henriot group, Fèvre passed to Artémis, which then sold it to Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), owners of Château Lafite Rothschild. The estate farms about 172 acres in some ninety parcels, including roughly 36.5 acres of grand cru and 38 acres of premier cru vineyards, all devoted to white Chablis from Chardonnay. Didier Séguier has run the cellars for more than two decades.
